Our Process
1 International Pickup:
This initial step involves collecting the shipment from the designated location for international transportation. Whether it's from your supplier or your own facility, our team ensures a seamless pickup process to start the journey.
2 Ocean Transport:
Following pickup, the goods embark on their ocean journey. This stage involves careful planning and coordination for the secure transportation of your cargo across international waters. We leverage our network and expertise to choose the most efficient and cost-effective ocean transport solutions. Additionally, we offer full and partial charters to help save on costs. We secure direct berth with our partner ports around the US to ensure your cargo makes delivery on time and at the most competitive cost.
3 Port Arrival:
If there are container shipments, we track and trace them, ensuring timely delivery and avoiding any late fees. In the case of our charter breakbulk vessels, we take charge of the discharge process, diligently managing every aspect. Additionally, we conduct thorough inventory checks at this stage to guarantee that all goods are accounted for and in optimal condition before proceeding with shipping to a warehouse or site.
4 Move to Warehouse:
Once cleared at the port, the goods are transported to one of our nationwide warehouses. These facilities are equipped to handle various types of cargo and are designed to ensure the safety and security of your products during storage.
5 Delivery to Final Site:
The final part of the journey involves the delivery of your goods to the designated final site. Our dedicated team coordinates the logistics, ensuring that your shipment reaches its destination on time and in optimal condition.
